Payment for a stay is taken the way the request page described: a card payment processed securely when we accept your request, or a payment arranged directly with us. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on this website.

Each home has its own cancellation policy. The policy that applies to your stay is shown before you submit a request and repeated in the confirmation email. Refunds follow that policy.
5. House rules and your stay
Each home has house rules, shown before you submit a request. By requesting a stay you agree to follow them. You are responsible for your guests and for any damage caused during your stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Photos, descriptions and other content on this website belong to Demo Destinations or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
7. Liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent permitted by law, Demo Destinations is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
